Dods-Brown Distribution – Safe distribution of Dangerous Goods
Welch’s Transport joined The Hazchem Network in January 2006 to respond to market demands to provide a safe and high quality method of distributing ADR regulated freight. The strategic acquisition of Dods-Brown Distribution (DBD) strengthened our commitment to this specific market. DBD has now been integrated fully into the Stapleford depot which means resources can be better utilised for more efficient deliveries into and collections from Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex, for onward delivery around the UK on a next-day or economy basis.
Welch's Transport will accept hazardous freight classes 2, 3, 4, 6.1, 8, 9, 5.1 and selected 5.2 as bagged product, drums or cartons on pallets, IBCs, and polybulks and offer a warehousing service comprising 10,000 square feet. Welch's Transport also operates specialist vehicles for clients where possible.
