1. We will deal with our customers, suppliers and other partners on every occasion in a straight forward, open and honest manner.
2. Staff will present themselves in suitable business attire wearing company uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) if required to do so. Variations of the company uniform are not acceptable.
3. Staff will conduct themselves on all occasions in a professional, businesslike manner and with the aim of providing consistently high levels of customer service.
4. Company vehicles will be deployed and operated in a safe and road worthy condition and be kept clean inside and out.
5. Company premises will be kept clean and tidy with individuals personally responsible for their own work area.
6. The answering of a ringing telephone will take priority over all other tasks.
7. Once a member of staff is made aware of an issue with a customer, supplier or other business partner he/she will take ownership of the problem and manage it to a conclusion in a prompt and professional manner.
8. Communication within the group, with customers, with suppliers and with business partners is vital to the success of our business. We will respond to all communications regardless of how it is received professionally and in a timely manner.
