Breaking into 3PL eCommerce Fulfilment

Welch's Transport Ltd are about to lauch a new arm to their buisness with a dynamic scalable 3PL fulfilment service from their warehouses.

In a time where buisnesses need to look for innovative and cost effective ways to get their products to market. The aim is to help customers manage their inventory with seamless integration to their online sales platforms or SAP systems, linking into Welch's Transport Ltd's establish distribution channels and new parcel carrier partners.

All this is being built around a bespoke WMS 3PL system to allow management and visability of B2B and B2C consignments.

Truckfest 2017 .... bringing Welch's together

The May Bank Holiday weekend once again saw host to the Peterborough Truckfest Event at the East of England Showground, and as always a number of the Welch Group's depots turned out in full force to enjoy the weekend.

Truckfest is a chance for our drivers and their families to get together, show off their highly polished motor and relax for the weekend. As you can see in the slideshow there is a lot of work that goes in to preparation and setup and the results are fantastic.

So all that’s left is for the Welch family to say thank you to all those that supported us over their bank holiday weekend, and for you to enjoy our slideshow.
